As a man, I have noticed that we do not talk about Children. Oh yes, we are quick to be the "proud Dad", but very rarely do we talk to people, even in our circle of close friends, about "them".
So why do men not talk about children? Is it because of social conditioning?, emotional vulnerability? or cultural expectations?
Heck, if those are the excuses, I am stepping away right now.
After all, if I can open the door to the messy reality of parenting, maybe it will give the other men the permission to drop their guard as well.
